Please join us as we come together in celebration of our love. You’ll find the full weekend itinerary and details below. We hope to share this special time with you.

Our Story

Tyler and Sasha met on a rooftop in Harlem in the summer of 2023 at mutual friends’ Zak and Ali’s baby shower. According to Tyler, he saw Sasha from afar and just knew he had to meet her. According to Sasha, a cute guy in a hoodie sat down near her and started talking about movies.

From the early days of dating, Sasha could tell that Tyler was different. The ease with which they spoke together, made plans to see each other, and just existed together felt different than any prior relationship she had been in. She marvelled at how Tyler always saw the best in everyone and everything around him, and she loved his creative and sensitive mind.

Since then, Tyler and Sasha moved in together into their stylish, light-filled apartment in Chelsea and became Domestic Partners. They have supported each other through challenging career ups and downs, planned incredible vacations to Greece and Italy, and spoiled their dog Kiko with toys and treats. In June of 2025, exactly 2 years after their first date, Tyler surprised Sasha with an engagement on the beach of Montauk at their favorite hotel.

Tyler and Sasha continue to support one another’s dreams, steady each other in difficult moments, and celebrate life’s joys side by side. Their love shines through not just in the grand gestures, but also in the little everyday moments: date nights, flowers just because, heartfelt notes (that always make Sasha cry, no matter how long or short), and breakfasts that Tyler prepares every morning.

They both love adventure, travel, and creating beauty for the world, but the greatest adventure is the one they’re sharing together. And no matter where life takes them, the most wonderful place they can ever be is wherever they are, hand in hand.

About Piocho Ranch

You may be wondering why two New Yorkers are getting married all the way out in Santa Ynez!

Piocho Ranch is a very special place. Owned for decades by Sasha’s godfather Tom, Piocho Ranch is an unimaginably perfect escape from the hustle of city living. Growing up in Los Angeles, Sasha has many fond memories driving out to Santa Ynez with her father to watch polo matches, eat grilled tri-tip and explore the vast wilderness of the ranch.

While Piocho started as a horse ranch, it has become so much more than that over the years thanks to the stewardship of the Barrack family. Grape vines were planted in the late 90s and early 2000s, driving a new family business and producing some of the delicious wines we will be drinking at our wedding. Tyler had his first visit to the Ranch in 2025 and immediately fell in love with its natural beauty and relaxed California charm. When he set foot on the property, he knew this would be the place for us to officially join our lives together.

The word Piocho means “Where the two rivers meet and go to heaven,” a fitting sentiment for a wedding. We are so grateful to Jodi and the Barrack family for the chance to celebrate our love in such a symbolic and meaningful place.

Where to Stay

Solvang and Los Olivos are the most convenient areas to stay for the wedding weekend. Both are incredibly charming and close to all of the festivities.

Think Napa Valley vibes, but more rustic, relaxed, and soulful.

We’ve recommended several hotels across a range of price points below. Due to the popularity of tourism and weddings during the month of September, the area books up quickly, so we encourage booking early.

Things to Do

The Santa Ynez Valley is a destination of discovery, offering wine tasting at over 100 wineries, scenic outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, and horseback riding, and a vibrant arts and culture scene.
